There is not much artwork, except for a few watercolor and ink pieces that can be found in the reception area and rooms. Despite this, the venue’s interior design and architecture are so well-crafted that it creates the perfect ambiance and style, even without much artwork.

Astra Suites is situated on the southern cliffs of Santorini’s caldera, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Aegean Sea, particularly at sunset. It is conveniently located less than two miles away from Fira, the bustling capital of the region. Guests can walk to visit Skaros Rock, and some of Santorini’s historical landmarks are just a 10-20 minute drive away.
Although Astra Suites is not located in the heart of town, it shares its location with many other neighboring hotels and may not be as private as other properties in Imerovigli, such as the Santorini Princess. However, this does not diminish its reputation, as TripAdvisor users have listed it as a Top 25 hotel in the world, and it was awarded the Gold prize for Excellence in Customer Service at the 2014 Greek Tourism Awards.
