The Oia Castle area, which used to be a fortress, takes luxury to the next level. Both properties have romantic views of the sunset. The shared features of the hotels are located on the main property. While there is no pool available, the property offers ample space for leisurely walks and sun loungers for guests to relax on. The atmosphere is luxurious and tranquil, with breathtaking views of rocky cliffs. Additionally, the limited number of rooms adds an exclusive feel to the experience.

The northern caldera is located in Oia, and there is direct access to restaurants, bars, and galleries from it. The hotels are situated on the northern caldera cliffs in Oia village, providing a perfect location to witness some of the most breathtaking sunset views in Santorini. Guests can enjoy the view of the surrounding restaurants, bars, shops, galleries, and blue-domed churches from their suite balconies. These landmarks can be reached on foot in approximately 15 minutes. Although Oia is located in the north and may not be the most convenient place to explore the island, guests can still reach the capital city of Fira by taking an old pedestrian path along the cliffs. This walk takes approximately two hours. Alternatively, guests can ask about public bus options or rent a car to reach Fira in less than 20 minutes.
The luxury suites offer with en-suite pools or hot tubs, private balconies, and elegant decor. The Aspaki Suites consist of eight suites designed in a contemporary Cycladic style. They feature smooth edges, curved lines, and built-in accents. These suites have taller ceilings compared to the Castle and are elegantly decorated but not extravagant. The whitewashed walls are complemented by exposed volcanic rock or warmer tones and colorful tiles in the bathrooms. Each suite has an in-suite pool, and the bathrooms are equipped with high-quality fixtures such as large rainfall showerheads. Additionally, they offer soft towels, bathrobes, and slippers.
The Oia Castle Luxury Suites consist of 11 suites designed to resemble traditional caves, with smooth whitewashed walls and curved features integrated into the structure. Each suite has a classic decor with draped beds, chandelier lighting, and elaborate details. Certain suites also have unique features, such as large cave pools, steamy hammams, or outdoor whirlpools.
Every suite at Art Maisons has private balconies that offer a perfect view of the famous Oia sunset over the caldera and the Aegean Sea. The suites have minibars, air-conditioning, tea/coffeemakers, and a full range of luxury toiletries.
There are amenities such as a concierge, snack bar, and spa available at the location, but there is no pool, restaurant, or fitness center. Art Maisons hotels offer luxurious and well-equipped suites with unique amenities. However, the public areas are limited, with the notable exception of the spa. The spa offers holistic body treatments and massages indoors or outdoors, as well as a fragrant hammam. Additionally, wedding beauty services are available. There’s a bar and room service, but there’s no full-service restaurant available. The Aspaki Hotel does not have a fitness center or pool, but guests can use the facilities at a nearby property’s restaurant, pool, and bar. The hotel has a concierge desk that can arrange activities like excursions, private yacht cruises, wine tours, and donkey rides. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
The Art Maisons Luxury Santorini Hotels Aspaki & Oia Castle are two boutique hotels located along the Oia cliffs. They have beautiful whitewashed Cycladic architecture and modern upscale decor and offer stunning sunset views of the caldera, volcano, and Aegean Sea. All hotel features can be shared, with the Aspaki grounds hosting them. The Oia Castle suites have more indulgent cave-like architecture and luxurious amenities. There are a total of eight Aspaki suites and 11 Oia Castle suites. These two sections are intimate and have a romantic feel, making them perfect for honeymooners who don’t mind spending more. The place has impressive features like high-quality espresso machines, en-suite pools, and exposed volcanic rock. Although there is a spa on-site, guests who want a pool or a complete restaurant should look into the nearby Andronis Luxury Suites. This option also has a lower price.

🤿 Tours & Activities: For tours and activities in Greece, I highly recommend using either Viator or GetYourGuide. These websites offer a full refund if you cancel your booking 24 hours before the start of the tour, and they also provide excellent customer service in case of any issues.
🚨 Travel Insurance: I always suggest purchasing travel insurance as a precaution before traveling, especially after a recent accident in a taxi in Greece. For short trips, I recommend Travel Insurance Master, whereas for digital nomads, Safety Wing is a better option.
📷 Best Camera for your trip: I always carry with me a GoPro, It’s light, compact, takes great video and pictures, and most importantly, it’s waterproof! You just can’t go wrong with one. If you are interested in higher quality video and photography, I always carry with me on my trips and highly recommend the Sony A7IV which I think is the best travel DSLR Camera out there.
☀️ Biodegradable Sunscreen: Remember to include a good sunscreen to protect yourself from the summer sun. I always use and suggest Sun Bum Sunscreen, which is vegan, reef-friendly, and cruelty-free.
